ORDER TIMELINE

Our company carries pre-made products, which are shipment ready, and ship within 3-5 business days. We also handcraft made-to-order gift sets within 5-7 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process even faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.


HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Storing at room temperature
* Avoiding the introduction of water or other contaminants to product containers
* Using clean fingers when applying products

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Left out in the sun or in high temperatures
(melting will not damage the product, but it will change the texture)
* Water is introduced into jars
* Bacteria is deposited in products by dirty fingers or utensils.

Custom orders

We always love creating custom gifts sets and baskets from scratch.

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.

Our company ships through the following carriers:
* USPS Priority

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.
* We offer free shipping for orders over $50 nationally with the discount code KIC50

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need up to 7 business days to be handmade.


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return of unused merchandise for review. If you are mailing your return, we strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. USPS provides FREE tracking AND insurance up to $50 for all Priority packages. We cannot take responsibility for packages in transit and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a package is lost during the shipping process, it is your responsibility as the shipper to contact the courier and file a claim for a lost package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any product that has clearly been used/removed by over half of original volume.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. If you paid with cash, a refund will be issued via PayPal.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
