Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, though orders are often processed much faster.

Our standard shipping pickup days are Tuesday and Thursday, but if possible, we will ship even sooner.

If you are placing a custom orders, please allow a slightly longer production time. This may vary depending on the nature of the custom order, and I will stay in contact with you so that you know when to expect your order.

We ship via USPS Priority and update you with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our hands.

If you are within the United States, you should receive your order within two weeks. Ready to ship items will likely arrive more quickly than this due to quicker processing, though we cannot guarantee a faster delivery.

We’ll be sure to update you with a tracking number and contact information for the courier should you need further assistance.

Absolutely! We love to create custom gift sets, gift baskets and even personalized labels for parties and shower favors. Please contact us for a quote.

We are always creating new products and releasing seasonal lines. If you are unable to find a specific product you have purchased in the past and love, it may be a seasonal item. Please contact us to find out when to expect its return.

If the product is not a seasonal item but simply one that did not make it into the current line-up, contact us as we may still have some in stock or may be able to recreate the product in a custom order

At this time, we do not have a brick and mortar store, however, you can find us at several local events. For a list of our upcoming events, check our events page.

Our products are created using all natural oils. Because of the nature of our products, it is not uncommon for some of them to melt, especially in summer months. Be sure to store your products at room temperature.

If you have a product that has melted, don’t fret! Your product is still a-okay to use, however the texture of your product may be slightly affected.

Body butters may become more dense, losing some of their whipped quality. Because of this, you may use what appears like a smaller amount .

Scrubs and deodorants may settle if they liquefy completely. If this has happened, you can mix your product with a clean spoon and continue using as normal.

Once a product has melted, though completely safe to use,  will not regain its original whipped texture.

Water is especially damaging to our scrubs and foot soaks. Due to the nature of sugars and salts, water will dissolve these products, dramatically changing not only the texture but also the safety of them.

While it is impossible to keep products that are often used in a shower void of all moisture, use care to not saturate product with water, and as always, use discretion when using a product that has come in contact with water then been stored for a long time.

If you are using a scrub regularly, you will likely finish the product before spoilage occurs. But if your product has become wet then was stored for an extended period, use common sense before resuming use.

When in doubt, throw it out! If it has an “off” smell, trust your own judgement and start a fresh jar.

Each product is different. Below you will find a list of categorized product shelf lives. This list serves as an approximation based upon the categorized products’ ingredients.

**Shelf life refers to brand new, unopened products. Products that have been exposed to water, bacteria from fingers, and other potential contaminants, have a shelf life that varies too much for determination.

Body Butters: Use within 2 years
Sugar Scrubs: Use within 2 year
Deodorants: Use within 5 year
Lip Balms: Use within 2 years
Bug Sprays: For greatest level of effectiveness, use within 1 year. It will be safe to use the following year (we’ve even used sprays on their third summer!), but as the essential oils dissipate over time, they will become prone to oxidation, which may make them smell “stale” after several years.
Foot Soaks: No ingredients are prone to spoilage, though after several years, the fragrance may begin to dissipate.
Soaps: No ingredients are prone to spoilage, though after several years, the fragrance may begin to dissipate.

Our products are *100% all-natural. We do not, however, offer certified organic products at this time.

The term “organic” is very tightly regulated and pertains not only to the natural properties of product ingredients but also the method by which those ingredients are grown, harvested and produced.

While our products are all-natural and several of our ingredients are certified organic, we cannot use the label “organic.”

We strive to find the highest quality ingredients from suppliers we trust so that we can attest to the quality of products we create. We carefully select ingredients based on the methods by which they are produced to be certain that no unnatural chemicals, solvents or additives make their way into our products, even in traces.
